At a time when human rights, justice, and human dignity continue to face serious challenges across the world, the responsibility to stand beside victims of injustice has never been more important. It is from this sense of duty and compassion that “Victim Support International – UK” was established.
We believe that every human being deserves equal dignity, safety, and justice, regardless of race, religion, language, gender, social status, or political belief. No one should suffer discrimination, violence, persecution, or neglect. Defending these universal values remains at the heart of our mission.

Md Masum Billah serves as the General Secretary of Victim Support International UK, passionately advocating for social welfare and humanitarian support dedicatedly. Through his strong leadership and commitment, he plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s global mission by ensuring survivors receive compassionate care, essential legal advocacy, and practical guidance to help rebuild their lives. In addition to his work with Victim Support International UK, he is actively involved in several other organizations, where he continues to contribute in various impactful and leadership roles.
Dr. Azizul Ambya serves as the President of Victim Support International, providing dedicated leadership in advancing human rights, justice, and humanitarian values. With a strong commitment to supporting victims of injustice and vulnerable communities, he works to promote awareness, advocacy, and meaningful action on issues affecting human dignity worldwide. Through his vision and guidance, the organization continues to strengthen its efforts in protecting rights, fostering international cooperation, and ensuring that those affected by discrimination, violence, and hardship receive the support and recognition they deserve.
